How to set Adobe to see EDPNA signatures

When users report that Adobe is not importing one of the EDPNA signatures needed to sign their PDF.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Open Adobe Reader DC
  2. Choose Edit > Preferences > Security (Enhanced)
  3. Uncheck the Enable Protected Mode at startup

  4. Click Yes when prompted if you are sure and then click OK
  5. Close and then have user open the required PDF and have them import signature as usual.
