How to Troubleshoot Headset Issues
If you're experiencing sound issues with your headset, please start the troubleshooting process by following these simple steps.
- Unplug the headset from the computer and plug headset back in. Did this resolve the issue? If not, proceed to Step 2
- Unplug headset from computer and then restart computer. Make sure you choose Restart and not Shutdown. Did this resolve the issue? If not, proceed to Step 3
- Log into the Service Desk site with your username (First.Last) and your network password. You can access the site to submit a ticket using this link: https://go.centaurihs.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/5
