How to Troubleshoot Headset Issues

If you're experiencing sound issues with your headset, please start the troubleshooting process by following these simple steps. 


  1. Unplug the headset from the computer and plug headset back in. Did this resolve the issue? If not, proceed to Step 2
  2. Unplug headset from computer and then restart computer. Make sure you choose Restart and not Shutdown. Did this resolve the issue? If not, proceed to Step 3
  3. Log into the Service Desk site with your username (First.Last) and your network password. You can access the site to submit a ticket using this link: https://go.centaurihs.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/5
