How to sync Centauri computer's password

After the user changes their password via Centauri Password Change Utility 

Step-by-step guide

  1. After changing password through the utility and to ensure this is synced with the computer's logon credentials password, follow these steps
  2. Must be connected to a VPN for the sync to occur.  If you want an immediate sync, confirm the computer is on either Always On Cleveland, Always On Nashville, or Cisco VPN. To confirm this hover over the the Computer icon or Wi-Fi icon in the lower right of the task bar

3. Next lock the computer by left clicking on Windows Start at the left end of the taskbar and choose Lock -

4. Enter your new password to confirm sync occurred and you can successfully access the computers desktop
