How to manage FedEx Shipments
This information is helpful if you need to make special arrangements with a FedEx delivery.

To check on the status of a package that hasn’t been updated online…
NOTE: You do not need an account to do this!
Make sure you have the tracking number
Make sure you have the address the package is being delivered to
Call 1-800-Go-FedEx (1-800-463-3339)
Go through the automated nonsense and ask to speak to an agent
Ask them where the heck the package is, they’ll ask for the address its being shipped to
If they ask who you are, explain you are with the company that ships the package. You do not have to be from MCPc, Centauri is paying for the shipping.
To redirect a package for pickup…
Make sure you have the tracking number
Make sure you have the address the package is being delivered to,
Enter the tracking number
You will see Manage Deliver just under the delivery information, click the dropdown, and click Hold at location
Enter the address of the recipient
Select or search for a location to hold the package
Enter the persons personal email and phone
Click ok
