TimeSquared Escalation
This document describes how to run the process to escalate unreturned equipment from termed associates, to TimeSquared to attempt retrieval.
TimeSquared is a concierge service that contacts the former associate and schedule a time to pickup and then ship the equipment back to MCPc.
Process:
The first week of the month, after the previous months lost/stolen have been completed, run the Escalate to TimeSquared Filter (labels = UAF-Termination AND status not in (Resolved, Canceled, Complete, Completed, Cancelled, Closed, Done) AND due <=endOfMonth(-12w) ORDER BY due ASC)
Export the list and add to the TimeSquared Escalation.xlsx spreadsheet. This will send emails to the persons personal email address letting them know we will be asking TimeSquared to contact them and retrieve the equipment. This will also change the delivery status to TimeSquare and add a note to the ticket.
Then take the spreadsheet you exported and put the information in the TimeSquared csv and email to Andrea Arena andrea@timesquaredconcierge.com at TimeSquared and she will upload it to their system for processing.
Weekly
Follow up on any retrievals by TimeSquared and add the notes to the ticket along with the tracking if it is returned, be sure to also update delivery status.
Any computers not retrieved by the end of the month will be considered lost/stolen and should be handled through that process.
