Troubleshooting LiveVox Audio Issues
If you're having trouble with your headset in LiveVox, try these simple steps:
Unplug and Reconnect Your Headset
Unplug your headset from the computer.
Plug it back in, using a different USB port if possible.
If needed, switch ports with your keyboard or mouse.
Restart LiveVox (Important!)
Close LiveVox completely.
Open LiveVox again—this helps reset its audio settings.
Test Your Audio
Make a test call to your own cell phone.
Check if the sound is clear and at the right volume.
Adjust Your Computer’s Audio Settings (If Needed)
If the sound still isn’t working, check your computer’s audio settings.
Turn off any extra audio devices that you’re not using.
Restart LiveVox again after making changes.
