Troubleshooting LiveVox Audio Issues

If you're having trouble with your headset in LiveVox, try these simple steps:

  1. Unplug and Reconnect Your Headset

    • Unplug your headset from the computer.

    • Plug it back in, using a different USB port if possible.

    • If needed, switch ports with your keyboard or mouse.

  2. Restart LiveVox (Important!)

    • Close LiveVox completely.

    • Open LiveVox again—this helps reset its audio settings.

  3. Test Your Audio

    • Make a test call to your own cell phone.

    • Check if the sound is clear and at the right volume.

  4. Adjust Your Computer’s Audio Settings (If Needed)

    • If the sound still isn’t working, check your computer’s audio settings.

    • Turn off any extra audio devices that you’re not using.
